The Snickers & Twix I like to freeze and then mix with vanilla ice cream - yumm!

Reach floss - looks like just the Mint Waxed is priced at $1.02 - use the $1 coupons from Sunday a couple weeks ago to get it for $.02 ea.

Good Deals & Freebies at Rite Aid

Right now you can get a couple of GREAT deals on table umbrellas at Rite Aid. The Hula umbrella is on sale for $29.99 - use the $5 off $25 (use this one first) coupon combined with the $25 off coupon from here to get it FREE! Also a good deal is the Market umbrella which is about $7.50 after all coupons. These coupons are only good until 6/23 so don't wait to do this deal.

Also this week there are some items that are Free After Rebate at Rite Aid. The best one is for Suave - use the $.75 coupon to turn it into a moneymaker. Also Oust is on sale for $2.50 - use the $2 coupons to get some for cheap!

Great Dairy Coupons for those in ID & UT

There are great dairy coupons on coupons.com however the fine print says only on products sold in ID and UT. You have to first type in zip code 83642 and there are coupons for:

$.75 off ANY milk
$.75 off ANY yogurt
$1 off ANY 2lbs cheese

Rite Aid Deal - 6/14 ONLY!!!

Rite Aid has their fans 25% off - Use the $5 off $25 coupon (give this to the cashier first) along with the coupon here to get the fan for $4.99 +tax. Just a note, it may be a good idea to buy additional items - maybe the Colgate Total- because the cashier may have an issue using 2 coupons for 1 item.

Air Wick I-Motion at Target

The deals are few & far between this week. Air Wick I-Motion is tagged at $9.99 at Target but rings up $4.99 - use the $4 off coupon for a good deal on this. I guess they are also on sale at Walmart for $5, but I rarely go to Walmart so I can't confirm that.

Safeway whole chickens are at a stock-up price for $.69/lb. and their Mix & Match sale is still going on however there don't seem to be as many good deals this week.

I've heard that at King Soopers Reach toothbrushes are on sale for $1 and there are $1 coupons out there - another deal I haven't confirmed yet but will update once I do.

Kmart Doubles - YMMV

Ok, so like most of us die-hard semi-psychotic couponers I had heard the buzz that Kmart would be doubling coupons the week of June 7th. There were some posting that "yes" most stores would double, however the ads were not showing doubles. I decided to directly email Kmart coorporate to find out for myself. This is the email I sent:

I have heard that most Kmart's will be involved but my local store's ad does not have any information about it. So since the email said all Colorado stores were doubling I planned ahead with my coupons and printed both emails to take to my Kmart with me today. When I went to check out the manager was unaware of the coupon event but after showing him the email he was nice and did his best to make the transaction right because the register wasn't automatically doubling. I made 2 trips, here is the 2nd trip: Paid $2.98 OOP

My Kmart's prices are higher than most but I'm pleased with the items I purchased. After buying 7 bags of Cat food, 6 bags of Cat Treats, rubber gloves and Oust the cashieer asked "Just how many cat's do you have?" HA! Actually I don't have any cats at all.

May Savings from Safeway!

I'm working on my May totals to see how much I spent/saved. I just finished adding up my Safeway receipts. I spent $156.05 and saved a whopping $1066.07 -all just at Safeway & mainly because of the Living Well promo.

My total spent last month was $401.75 & saved $1841.20.
