It looks like the Progresso $1.10 coupon has been reset. Remember to hit back to print it twice.

Safeway Prescription Coupon

In my Safeway ad this week is a coupon for a $30 g/c for any NEW or Transferred prescription. I always grab a couple of these just in case we have to get a new prescription .

Imagine Broth

Right now coupons.com has a printable coupon for Imagine Broth. Save $1.50 on any 2. I love these because they have organic & low sodium broth. Kroger stores often have these B1G1 and with the coupon would be a good deal on something I would already buy.

Yoplait at Target

Buy 8 Yoplait yogurt at Target. Use this coupon for $1 off 4 - twice with this Target coupon $1 off 8. They are $.59 -reg. price X 8 = $4.72 - $3 (coupons) = $1.72 for 8

Ocean Spray is on sale for $1.97 use this coupon along with this Target coupon for free juice.

Glucose Monitors Galore!

Crazy number of free glucose monitors at Rite Aid this week. It's just a matter of how many coupons you have and if the store has enough in stock.

Bayer Contour reg. $79.99 on sale for $14.99 - use (up to) $30 off coupon - buy 3 & use for Rite Aid rebate #43 - $10 gift card.

Accu-Chek Aviva $75.99 - There is a free item coupon in Rite Aid "Inner Strength" magazine (I found it up by the weekly ads).

And of course the One Touch monitor I mentioned before.

These are all going to be great for donation.

I found one more glucose meter coupon & since Rite Aid is 1/2 block away I went back once more yesterday. Bought:

I split this up into 4 transactions to use Rite Aid's $5 off $25 coupons to get some other things that I needed/wanted for free and will get back about $7 in rebates.

Weekly City Market Trip

Nothing spectacular with the sales this week. I picked up what I needed - their "mega sale" just wasn't a great deal when they don't double coupons. The best item I got was Quaker rice cakes on sale for $1 - used $1 coupons to get them for free. Total saved was 57%.

I used the money I made to buy some Christmas lights to sell on Ebay next year & some holiday things that I wanted.




I was over-charged for one item so after having that fixed my total OOP was $15.99 with a total savings of about $300.

Total December Savings

I tried to add my total savings for December. The total I was able to figure was $1236.53 but I was missing a couple receipts because they were sent in for the P&G rebates. I am assuming the total is about $1350.
